I don’t know if this happens to you, but sometimes I find myself needing a little workout in the middle of the day that doesn’t make me sweat profusely! Whether you work in corporate America and need to look presentable at a meeting in 30 minutes, or you are meeting a friend for lunch soon, having to re-do makeup and hair is a pain!Jessica Smith TV offers a 10-15 minute ab circuit video that works for me when I need that non-sweaty quick workout. The reason I say non-sweaty is that it is 100% focused on your core with no high-intensity moves and no cardio warm-up. This workout takes you through two complete rounds of 5 different exercises. The first round allows you to become familiar with the moves, and the second round offers additional ways to modify the exercises if you want to make your workout more challenging.
Overall I would recommend this workout to beginner, intermediate, and advanced individuals. Watch the video below to try it for yourself!

Sometimes instead of my weight lifting routine I like getting a total body workout by doing an activity at home that is fun and a little different. Barre training is an option that I sometimes go to for that total body workout! Barre infuses dance with Pilates and yoga type movements, focusing most of your energy [...]
In this post we go over three different exercises in the Barre Method:Move #1- Triceps: Start by putting your hands behind your head, then lifting them up into a V shape. I am using 3 pound weights. I would recommend doing 15-20 reps for 3-4 sets. Move #2- Biceps: Begin this move by placing your arms [...]
In this video we cover 3 alternative bicep and tricep moves: Move #1- Hammer Curl Take your weights into your hands and hold them in an upright position. Three Pilates-Inspired Core Exercises These three moves require no equipment and can be done anywhere! All of these exercises focus on toning the core muscles.
