We Review JessicaSmithTV's Inner Thigh, Core, and Glute Workout
We all have areas of our bodies that we would like to either tone up or improve. For me, those areas are my abs and glutes. Squats are great, but they only get you so far. And it’s always helpful to change up ab routines to target all areas of the core.
Recently I have been incorporating Jessica Smith TV’s Butt Lift and Slim Thighs video into my daily workout routine, and I can say that I most definitely see and feel a difference!
This workout incorporates barre with a high number of reps and requires no weights or equipment besides a chair or countertop. The workout has three different rounds, and is about 12 minutes. For me, that amount of time is perfect for a mid-day quick routine. I would say that the difficulty level is a bit past beginners, and there are not a lot of opportunities for moderation., but opportunities to make the workout more difficult for sure! As always, Jessica does the workout with you as well as talking you through moves.
Overall I would say that this routine has helped me firm up my abs, slim down my inner thighs, and has boosted my energy during the day when I need it most! Watch the video below (with bonus cute puppy cameo):
